Usage: !masterreset | !masterreset update | !masterreset monthly
This command allows the Bot Owner ONLY to Master Reset ALL registered users stats back to default in the database. It does NOT delete the registered users.
This command VERIFIES that the Bot Owner's nickname is not only in the config, but also verifies the username is currently identified with IRC Nickname Services such as NickServ
Usage: !devmode on | !devmode off
This command sinmply turns devmode on or off and sends a channel message inform users.
Devmode was simply added so that when the owner needs to have the bot ignore all user commands without removing the bot they can use this command.
